Fm or f minor triad is a simple chord if to talk only about the theoretical side of it. There are just 3 different notes - FA-LAb-DO - so that's why it is called a triad. But to play it on the guitar is not easy at all.
Grand barreé is a difficult thing and especially in the 1st position where the tension of the strings is great. If it is too difficult at first then try barring just 3 strings. Then the bass is on the 4th string and you'll have all the necessary notes in the chord.
While no open strings are used in this chord you can play 12 different chords with the same fingering. From the 2nd fret it will be F#m from the 3rd fret Gm etc. From 0 position (with an open bass) it will be Em.
