Kristo Käo

Kristo Käo has obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Estonian Academy of Music and taught guitar in many music schools. He is often performing as a solo guitarist and with a number of chamber ensembles. In the Guitar School he teaches Accompaniment on the Guitar, Practical Ensemble Playing, Internet courses and gives also some private lessons if necessary.

He is the author of the unique guitar method “Guitar School - the Key to the Practical Guitar Playing” and many other books. Founder and owner of the web-based music school www.guitarschool.ee. Currently teaching guitar at the Estonian Academy of Music and working on his PhD at the University of Tartu. Kristo's solo CD "The Dance Album" is being played by many US and European classical music radio stations.
